1.- PURPOSE OF THE RULES These bidding rules are formulated to establish the regulation of the acquisition process of “TRAUMATOLOGICAL TABLE RENTAL SERVICE FOR THE HOSPITAL LA FLORIDA”, and regulate, among other aspects, the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, its form of evaluation and award, the conditions of the contracts, and all aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process. It should be noted that the equipment included in the TRAUMATOLOGICAL TABLE RENTAL SERVICE (2 Base Universal Surgical Tables, 1 Spine Surgery Module and 1 Orthopedic Traction Module) must be new and unused, all of the above must conform to the specifications of these bases. The supplier may not offer extra complements or accessories not included in the technical requirements; any extra offered will not be considered in the evaluation.
