Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the transport of students to educational units in the Ciechanw commune, including transport to/from the following institutions in the school year 2026/2027: Primary School in Gumowo 200 students Primary School in Chotum 22 students 1.1. Transportation children can only travel by means of transport that meet the technical requirements specified in the provisions of the Road Traffic Law and other regulations related to the transport of passengers, the Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport. Bus delivery not meeting the requirements may result in termination of the contract due to the fault of the Contractor.1.2. Child care during transport is organized and provided by the Ordering Party. Each bus carrying students must have at least one chaperone.1.3. The contractor must ensure that students are safe and comfortable transport, i.e. appropriate safety and hygiene conditions (including seat belts, heating, air conditioning).1.4.
