Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the transport of students to educational units in the Ciechanw commune, including transport to/from the following institutions in the 2026/2027 school year: Primary School in Gumowo Primary School in Chotum1.1. Children may be transported only by means of transport that meet the technical requirements specified in the provisions of the Road Traffic Law and other regulations related to the transport of passengers, Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport. Substitution of a non-compliant bus requirements may result in termination of the contract due to the fault of the Contractor.1.2. Child care during transport is organized and provided by the Ordering Party. Each bus carrying students must have at least one chaperone.1.3. The contractor must ensure that students are safe and comfortable transport, i.e. appropriate safety and hygiene conditions (including seat belts, heating, air conditioning).1.4. Buses must have a sufficient number of seats on a specific route.1.5.
