Title of part: Transporting students and disabled children from the Sucha commune to institutions in Stargard.1. Transport of children/students on the Sucha-Brudzewice-Stargard route and on the way back in the period from October 12, 2026 to August 31, 2027, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, excluding days off from classes in institutions, resulting from the organization of the institution's work and applicable regulations.2. Planned number of children/students transported on the route: 3, including 1 child transported in a car seat.3. Estimated number of kilometers of the daily route in both directions: approx. 60 km, including in the period from 28/06/2026 to 31/08/2027 approx. 40 km4. The planned number of days of service performance in the period from October 12, 2026 to August 31, 2027 - 212, including 37 days in the period from June 28, 2026 to August 31, 2027.5. Institutions to which children/students will be transported: a) Tczowa Przygoda Integration Kindergarten, ul. A. Mickiewicza 4, Stargard, b) Special Primary School, ul. W. Stwosza 1a/1b, Stargard.6. Take children/students to the facilities between: from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m., transport to the place of residence from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Detailed information is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.
