The subject of the order is the transportation and pickup of children to and from schools run by the Commune and the City of Witkowo in the area commune Witkowo and to the towns of Gniezno and Kłecko from September 1, 2026 to June 25, 2027, along with the provision of qualified care on each route, during transport and when children board and disembark from the bus in places designated for this purpose in accordance with art. 39 section 3 of the Education Law of December 14, 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended), by means of transport that meet the technical requirements specified in the provisions of the Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended). d.). 1)Vehicles performing the service must meet the requirements specified in Art. 57 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and have a production date from at least 2003, have third party liability insurance, accident insurance and current technical inspection. The vehicle performing the service in part V must be able to transport a wheelchair. 2) Before commencing the order, the Contractor undertakes to familiarize himself with the bus routes. 3)Student pick-up and drop-off times as well bus routes may change. Detailed arrangements regarding the times of transport and pick-up of students will be made with the principals of individual schools or persons authorized to do so. Contractor in progress...
