Tender Details

Part 1. Transport students to schools in the Iowa-Osada commune.1. The order covers delivery/return of students commuting from their place of residence to educational institutions in the Iowa Osada commune based on purchased monthly school tickets. Tickets will include transport routes and transportation of students through the indicated towns and the number of students in accordance with Annexes No. 3a to the Specification of Order Terms. The total number of students picked up and dropped off in schools is 145, the number of students is only used to prepare the offer and may change during obowizywania umowy. The subject of the order is the purchase of monthly tickets entitling students of educational institutions in the Iowa-Osada Commune to use the transport services offered by the Contractor.2. The Ordering Party will provide care for the students during their transport to school and on the way back.3. The contractor is obliged to insure vehicles for transporting students against accidents and civil liability.4. When determining the service route, the Contractor will take into account each pick-up and return of the guardian, i.e. starting/ending the route from the building of the educational facility.5.
