Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is transport system expert services (framework agreement) for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency, and for sub-area 7 also for the needs of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom. The object of the acquisition is a set of professional services that covers related to the service level and strategic development of the transport system, the service level of roads, railways and waterways, evaluation of the effects of road maintenance, traffic management and smart transport, as well as European TEN-T networks and EU subsidies expert and support tasks. The procured services support the client's goals to develop the transport system and impact assessment in a long-term, efficient and effective way, taking into account both national and international goals and obligations. The whole includes project-level, strategic-level and network-level reviews, development activities and analyses, which ensure the realization of strategic goals in a changing operating environment, transport system and at the program level.
