From June 2026, the cantonal museums of Valais will move their collections, currently kept in 3 deposits divided into the city of Sion, towards their new deposit located on the Eterpys site in Chateauneuf-Conthey. The whole represents some 200, 000 heritage goods of all kinds and any formatOr several hundred cubic meters to transfer current deposits to the new ETERPYS deposit.
The market is a service market, namely:
* Planning upstream of transportation services with the coordinator of the Collections section, which provides supervision.
* Implementation of the appropriate protections of premises and circulation routes.
* Complete support for the move of the collections, including over -assessment, loading, transport, unloading and evacuation of moving waste.
* Implementation of safety measuresnecessary to guarantee the integrity of the collections during all the stages of the moving.
* The monitoring of the traceability and quality control system ensuring the monitoring of the objects transported and compliance with the conservation conditions.
* Coordination and management of the moving teams, To ensure fluid and effective management of the various tasks and ensuring good communication with the coordinator of the move of the Collections section, in order to guarantee the smooth running of the move.
