The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Transportation Service, fully airconditioned (to and from the venue and vice versa) to transport the partic-ipants for Upskilling Digital Literacy for DepEd Valenzuela NTP through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Im-plementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. Quotation above the Ap-proved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
