Transportation of elementary school students over which BBŽ has founding rights The subject of the procurement is the transportation of students from elementary schools over which the Bjelovar-Bilogora County has founding rights (hereinafter: Schools) to and from classes, every school day, in the period from September 7, 2026 until the end of the 2026/2027 school year, i.e. until August 31, 2027. year. The offeror is obliged to provide a student transport service via a special line transport in accordance with the attached cost list, the transport specification for schools and other according to the conditions of the procurement documentation, from the student's place of residence to the school and after the end of classes from the school to the place of residence. The times stated in the technical specification are subject to change due to different timetables of individual schools, and will be discussed in the future changes in the time of bringing students to and from school must be notified to the selected bidder on time. In the event of a name change, cancellation, merger, reorganization of an individual school, or other similar situations, determined by law or other regulations there is a change in the scope of work and competence of the school and the Client, all rights and obligations related to this procurement item and the concluded contract on public procurement, pass to the legal successor or successors in accordance with their mutual agreement.
