The subject of procurement is the transportation service for primary school students, over which the City of Vukovar has founding rights, for the school year 2026/2027 The tenderer is obliged to provide the student transport service via a special line transport in accordance with the attached cost list and other conditions from the procurement documentation, from the student's place of residence to the school and after the end of classes from the school to the place housing. In the case of a name change, cancellation, merger, reorganization of an individual school, change of founding rights over an individual school, or other similar situations, determined by law or other regulations in which there is a change in the scope of work and jurisdiction of the school and the client, all rights and obligations related to this item of procurement and the concluded contract on public procurement, pass to the legal successor or successors in accordance with their mutual agreement.
