The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of transport of disabled students to educational institutions during the school year, along with the provision of care during transport.2. The scope of the order has been divided into three parts: 1) Part I: Order for 1 (one) student disabled person in a wheelchair to school in Lublin and one reserve place. Route: Kozubszczyzna - Lublin ul. Wycigowa 31 - distance one way: 13.0 km 2) Part II: Transport of 2 (two) disabled students from Zemborzyce to schools in Lublin and one reserve place Route: Zemborzyce Dolne - Zemborzyce Podlene - Lublin ul. Krochmalna 29 - Al. Spdzielczoci Pracy 65, 17 km away one way.3) Part III: Transport of 4 (four) disabled students to Matczyn: Route: Motycz Radawiec Duy Matczyn (center) distance one-way journey 16 km, 3 students from Motycz (1 address) and 1 student from Radawiec DuyApplies to PART I; PART II; PART III3. The drop-off will be carried out in accordance with the students' class schedule, with the exception of public holidays, holidays and vacations. and days of school absence of the student/students due to student illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
