1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Transport of disabled students to schools in the 2026/2027 school year, regarding transport and care during transport of disabled students living in the Municipality of Nowa Ruda to: - School Complex No. 3 with Integration Departments in Bokw, Bokw 89e, 57-441 Bokw, - Private Special School in Ludwikowice Kodzkie, ul. Wiejska 9, 57-450 Ludwikowice K., - Special School Complex in Nowa Ruda, ul. Kopernika 6, 57-400 Nowa Ruda, - Social School Complex in Dzikowiec, Dzikowiec 95, 57-432 Dzikowiec, - Zespou Szk Agricultural Education Center in Boków, Bokw 89a, 57-441 Bokw. Students are transported on school days, i.e. from September 1, 2026 to June 25, 2027, excluding winter and spring breaks and other breaks in learning resulting from the school year calendar. It is estimated that during the entire period covered by the contract, the transport will be carried out for a maximum of 188 days. This number may change in the event of changes in legal regulations regarding the organization of teaching, including organization of the school year.
