Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of passenger transport services in the 2026/2027 school year, consisting in the transport of disabled students, including students in wheelchairs, from their place of residence in the Jaworze commune to educational facilities located in Bielsko-Biaja and Ustroń and their transport after the end of the classes, along with the provision of care during the journey, in accordance with Art. 39 section 4 and art. 32 section 6 of the Act of December 14, 2016, Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended). 2. Transport services referred to in point 2.1. include: 1) picking up the student from the place of residence, 2) transporting the student to the facility, 3) transferring the student to the care of an employee of the facility, 4) collecting the student after the end of classes, 5) returning from the facility to the student's place of residence and transferring the student to the care of the parent or legal guardian, 6) ensuring care during the entire transport.3. Disabled students should be transported by means of transport adapted for transport an organized group of disabled students (including those in wheelchairs) to educational institutions in Bielsko-Biaja...
