1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services in the field of transport of children/students to and from the Complex of Educational and Therapeutic Facilities in Bobrów in the period from the date of signing the contract to June 26, 2026.2. Address of residence of the disabled person along with the address of the target educational institution (exact addresses, house and apartment numbers) will be provided when signing the contract.3. The scope of the service will include: BOBROWO (boarding school) ZOCIENIEC (boarding school) - DRAWSKO POMORSKIE (school ul. Seminaryjna 2) ZOCIENIEC (boarding school) BOBROWO (dormitory) Czaplinek (ul. Waecka 57)The route will be operated: Monday afternoon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday morning and afternoon, Friday morning.4. Transport of children/participants from the indicated locations to the facilities will take place: in the morning: travel times will be determined by the contractor, with subject to arrival at the destination point by 8:00 a.m. and in the afternoon: hours to be agreed with the contractor, no earlier than 2:00 p.m. from the starting point after the end of classes. Delivery hours may change in connection with the classes being conducted. Performer will be informed on an ongoing basis about planned changes.5.
