Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of passenger transport services - transport of children to schools in the Poskinia commune, the service includes delivery and return of children to two schools (Poskinia, Chruciel).2. The ordering party ensures supervision of the students during the work services.3. Delivery and collection routes are included in Annex No. 11.4. Starting school: - Primary School. King Bolesław the Brave in Chruciel 07:45;- Primary School in Poskinia - 08:00.5. Detailed bus timetables and routes will be determined by the School Directors in consultation with the Carrier providing the service.6. The daily number of kilometers of transport is approximately 357 km.7. The Ordering Party will pay the Carrier for the kilometers actually traveled at the unit price given in the offer.8. Student guidance will be carried out by standardly equipped buses, technically efficient, approved for use in accordance with applicable regulations for passenger transport and marked appropriately to the nature of the transport.9. In the event of a breakdown of the bus assigned to the task the contractor will provide a replacement bus that meets the appropriate technical requirements for road traffic.
