Bazaltowa 1" - part II The subject of the order includes transport - delivery of waste coded by "walking floor" vehicles 19 12 10 (substitute fuel) and waste code 16 01 03 (used tires) from the Municipal Installation - Waste Utilization Center of Lusatian Communes in Lubań at ul. Bazaltowa 1 to Górażdże Cement S.A., 47-316 Chorula, ul. Cementowa 1. Estimated number of transports waste covered by the subject of the contract is approximately 190 courses. The given quantity should be treated as indicative. The contractor is not entitled to compensation in the event of failure to perform the number of transports indicated above. 2. Scope of the subject of the order: a)W the scope of the subject of the order - waste with code 19 12 10 (substitute fuel) includes: - Delivery with sufficient time in advance to guarantee delivery of replacement fuel to the unloading point at the Górażdże Cement S.A. Cement Plant. in Chorula at ul. Cementowa 1, a "walking floor" car to the Municipal Installation in Lubań at ul. Bazaltowa 1, in order for the Ordering Party to load it with waste code 19 12 10 (approx. 18 Mg each time, approx. 90 m3); -Cargo transportation as required environmental conditions to the point of unloading in the Górażdże Cement S.A.
