Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in transporting students to schools in the Lutocin commune and their return home during the 2026/2027 school year on the basis of the purchase of monthly tickets, taking into account the statutory discounts to which these students are entitled in public transport. 2. the total number of students expected to use the service is 151 (the number of children is indicative and may change during the term of the contract), including: 1) School Complex in Lutocin 97 students, including: a) the building at ul. Szkolnej 14 b) budynek przy ul. eromskiego 2B2) Primary School in Swojcin 30 students, 3) Primary School in Przeradz Maym with its seat in Przeradz Nowy - 24 students, 3. A detailed list of the number of children transported to schools from individual towns is included in Annex No. 9 do SWZ. This list may change during the execution of the order. If the number of transported students increases, the Contractor must provide them with transport under the conditions specified in the offer. 4. The service will be provided on school days in the period from September 1, 2026 to June 25, 2027 (except for holidays and other study breaks) - 10 months.
