Tender Details

7.1. The subject of the order is the delivery and pickup of students from the Niegosawice Commune based on monthly school tickets in the school year 2025/2026.7.2. The subject of the order is the provision of services as part of regular passenger transport in domestic road transport, consisting in the safe and timely transport of children from the Niegosawice commune with priority for these students with monthly tickets purchased by the Ordering Party from the Contractor at the prices established in these proceedings, taking into account the these students receive statutory discounts on public transport, Art. 5 section 1 and art. 5a of the Act of June 20, 1992 on the rights to discounted travel by means of public collective transport (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 380, as amended) from existing places bus stops to the Primary School in Przecaw and the Primary School in Gocieszowice and their return after the end of school classes to their place of residence (to existing bus stops) in the school year 2026/2027. 7.3.
