Tender Details

1. The subject of the proceedings is the provision of school transport services including transport of children to schools located in the Wacz Commune in the school year 2026/2027.2. By the concept of school transport, the Ordering Party understands the implementation of transport/removal by buses/buses regular transport based on students' monthly tickets purchased by the client from existing stops marked in accordance with applicable regulations, taking into account statutory discounts and reliefs regarding monthly tickets for students and teachers, along with ensuring safety and hygiene conditions during entry, exit and transit of students.3. The Ordering Party allows the Contractor to transport students by buses in regular public transport - as a public passenger transport (carry people as part of public collective transport), with the reservation that the lines must be arranged and marked based on the current Regulation of the Minister of National Education on the organization of the school year. In the event of posting courses covered by this procedure in the timetable, the Contractor will mark them as school trips and indicate the specific days and period of their execution...
