Tender Details

The subject of the order is a service related to the implementation of the obligation specified in Art. 32 section 6 and art. 39 section 4 and 4a of the Act of December 14, 2016 Education Law, consisting in transporting disabled children living in the Jerzmanowa commune from home to educational institutions and back, providing them with care during transport in the school year 2026/2027. The transport will take place on the route indicated in the transport schedule (for 12 children, with an average daily mileage of 140 km), constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract with Contractor. The transfer will take place on school days, in accordance with the calendar of the 2026/2027 school year, i.e. from September 1, 2026 to June 25, 2027, and on days when the school/institution is obliged to provide students with educational and care activities and days on which students will make up for other days free from school. Transport and pick-up will be carried out strictly according to the schedule prepared by the Ordering Party. The carrier will adapt the provision of services to the schedule and any changes during the school year.
