Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for furniture and other movable property, including their loading and unloading, related to evictions from premises included in the resources of the Siemianowice lskie Commune, each time at the request of the person conducting the proceedings. The contractor will perform the above-mentioned activities in cooperation with the person conducting the proceedings, MPGKiM Siemianowice lskie, and the Court Bailiff indicated by the person conducting the proceedings.2. The contractor will be obliged to transport the movable property to the place indicated by Conducting proceedings in the city of Siemianowice lskie3. Transport services will be provided by the Contractor on the basis of the orders of the Contractor containing: a. service completion date, b. place of performing activities, c. place of unloading and deposition furniture and other movable property.4. The contractor will be obliged to have appropriate technical potential, i.e. at least one motor vehicle with semi-trailers with a capacity of at least 10 m3 adapted to transport movable property.5.
