1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services to transport and return students to educational institutions. Note: care is provided by the Ordering Party. Regulations for transporting and returning kindergarten children and students from the Beyce Commune to educational institutions, is available at the link: https://umbelzyce.bip.lubelskie.pl/index.php?id=76&p1=szczegoly&p2=16578862. The detailed scope and subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (draft contract) and in Annex No. 1 (offer form). The ordering party requires acceptance of the draft contract in its entirety. The vehicles in which the Contractor will provide the service with the number of passenger seats must be adapted to the number of students transported on a given route. During the services provided, the Contractor undertakes to ensure safety and security conditions hygiene and necessary comforts appropriate to this type of transport. In the event of temporary closure of educational institutions/remote/hybrid learning due to e.g. the ongoing coronavirus epidemic and/or/or acts of war and other unforeseen random events, the order will not be processed during this period / may not be completed to its full extent.3.
