Tender Details

Transport service for people with disabilities within the Municipality of Krakow
1. Name of the order: "Transportation service for people with disabilities within the Municipality of Krakow.
2. The subject of the order is the transport of people with disabilities residing in the Municipality of Krakow the principles specified in the contract template and its annexes (in particular, Annex No. 2 to the contract template, i.e. the regulations for the transport of persons with disabilities). Transport is carried out only within the Municipality of Krakow. The scope of transport expected to be carried out is determined by a number approximately 816, 000 kilometers of transport, including:
- 2026 34, 000 kilometers of transport,
- 2027 408, 000 kilometers of transport,
- 2028 374, 000 kilometers of transport.
Transport is understood as driving with at least one authorized person with a disability.
3. The contractor is obliged to have and maintain, throughout the entire period of implementation of the subject of the order, an appropriate civil liability policy in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order, for an insurance sum of at least PLN 600, 000.00, which will be presented at the conclusion of the contract.
4. Detailed the description of the subject of the order includes the contract template with annexes constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers, the justification for not dividing the contract into parts is indicated in point 3.6. SWZ.
5. The Ordering Party does not require implementation orders...
