TASK 1 - Transport children/students to the School and Kindergarten Complex in Dbnica Kaszubska1. The team includes: Public Kindergarten in Dbnica Kaszubska, Primary School in Dbnica Kaszubska. Estimated number of children transported in the 2026/2027 school year 91 A detailed description of the task is included in Annex 11.1. to SWZ.2. The Ordering Party reserves that in the event of extension of the kindergarten's working hours (in the morning and afternoon), the additional route must be taken into account under the applicable contract, without the possibility of seeking claims by the Contractor against the Ordering Party.3. The estimated number of transporting children was determined based on the Ordering Party's current knowledge of the needs for transporting children during the period covered by the subject of the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change (increase and decrease) the number of children using the transport services by a maximum of 30%, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor will not raise any claims against the Ordering Party in this respect.4.
