1. The subject of the order is the execution of a task called: Transport of pupils of the Day Support Facility in 2026 for planned trips carried out as part of the "Family in the Center" project - support for families in the city of Aziska Grne under the Funds Program European for Silesia 2021-2027 co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+). Financing agreement UDA-FESL.07.07.-IZ.01-0376/23-00. The subject of the order includes the provision of transport services in the field of transport of pupils of the Institution. Day Support operating within the Social Services Center in Upper Azizia for planned trips. Delivery and pickup will take place from two locations, i.e. from under the building at ul. Cardinal Wyszyskiego 8, 43- 173 aziska Grne (approximately 20 pupils and 2 teachers) and with parking lot behind the building of the Municipal Cultural Center in Aziska Grne (approximately 20 pupils and 2 educators). Transport will take place after each arrangement regarding the date of the trip and the time of collection and return from the trip by the Ordering Party and the Contractor, with two weeks in advance, except for the first trip, the date of which will be announced to the contractor no later than 2 days...
