1. The subject of the order is the transport of participants of classes at the Community Self-Help Home from their place of residence to the headquarters of the Community Self-Help Home in Kolno and back to their place of residence.2. The participants live in, among others: the following towns: Grabowo, Kossaki, Glinki, Lachowo, Korzeniste, Kty, Popioki, Leman, Ptaki, Samule, Cieciory, Turol, Skroda Wielka.3. Transport takes place from Monday to Friday, in accordance with the schedule agreed with the Unit Manager, except for public holidays. work. As part of the execution of the order, additional trips for trips, performances, food collection, etc. are also expected. Information about the arrival and departure times of participants will be provided by the Manager to the driver one day before the planned provision of the service.4. Command People are transported to the community center from 6:30 a.m. to 8:40 a.m., and the return trip back to their place of residence is from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and may change slightly.5.
