The subject of the order is a service consisting in transporting people (participants) from the indicated place to the Community Self-Help Home located at ul. Wojsawska 278 or at ul. Moniuszki 3 in Mielec and back to the indicated place. The journey will take place in the period from January 7, 2026 until December 23, 2026 for five days a week from Monday to Friday, excluding days off from work at the Community Self-Help Center on route No. 2, Mielec County. Number of days in which the delivery service will be provided: 236. ROUTE NO. 2 DISTRICT MIELECKI10 people/1 person in a wheelchairDaily transfer to the Community Self-Help Home located at ul. Wojsawska 278 or at ul. Moniuszki 3 in Mielec and back to the indicated place will be an estimated 48 km per day (11, 328 km for the entire contract period).
