This contract aims to acquire the transport services of Members of the European Parliament by means of limousines and vans with driver in the city of Strasbourg and its surroundings (especially between the buildings of the European Parliament in Strasbourg and the airport or train stations serving the city) during parliamentary sessions or during other possible events organized by the European Parliament in Strasbourg, including outside periods of parliamentary sessions. The market also covers the transportation of Members of the European Parliament and the European Ombudsman to and from nearby airports and other destinations during parliamentary sessions and other events in which the European Parliament participates within a maximum distance of 500 km from Strasbourg. Transport of Members of the European Parliament to Strasbourg and surrounding areas Transport in limousines and vans for Members of the European Parliament and their guests, for journeys between the buildings of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, the airport and train stations (Offenburg station included) serving Strasbourg and vice versa, as well as in the city of Strasbourg and its surroundings within a radius of 20 km during parliamentary sessions or any other events organized by the Parliament European in the city, including those organized outside parliamentary session periods.
