Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the transportation of disabled students living in the Dbe Wielkie commune from their place of residence to schools and educational institutions and back in the school year 2026/2027 in order to fulfill the school obligation and the students' education obligation based on art. 39 section 1 and 2 of the Act of December 14, 2016, Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 820) - from home to school/educational institution and back. the provision of the service is related to the transport of disabled students living in the Dbe Wielkie commune (from home to school/educational facility and back) along with providing them with care during transport (vehicle with driver and guardian) on all school days or rehabilitation and educational days, in accordance with the calendar of the 2026/2027 school year, with taking into account exceptional situations beyond the control of the parties to the contract, in particular those made pursuant to legal provisions, including regulations, as well as decisions, orders, recommendations or guidelines of public authorities, i.e. changes, including suspension of studies or limitation/reduction in the number of school days or limitation/reduction in the number of days of full-time study due to the introduction of...
