The subject of the order is the provision of transport services from the place of residence of a disabled student (or another place agreed with the parent, guardian of the student) educational institution place of residence of the disabled student (or another place agreed with the parent, guardian, student's guardian), concerns transport of students to the facility: - Complex of School Educational and Rehabilitation Centers in Cieszyn at ul. Wojska Polskiego 3, - Alternative Primary School in Cieszyn at ul. 4. Daily number of kilometers for route No. 1 maximum kilometer limit 28 km (toward and return). Number of disabled students transported: 12 students living in the towns of Halach and Zamarski.
