1. The subject of the order is the transport of disabled students to educational centers in the City of Elblg, together with the provision of care in the period from September 1, 2026 to June 25, 2026 on weekdays, except Saturdays, holidays and other statutory days days off from work, as well as breaks in the implementation of teaching and educational activities, determined on the basis of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education and Sport of April 18, 2002 on the organization of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 46, item 432, Mon. amended) - winter and summer holidays, spring and winter holiday break.2. The estimated number of days based on the educational calendar on which students will be transported to centers is 188, including 77 days in 2026 and 111 days in 2027. This number may change in situations of changes in legal regulations regarding the organization of teaching, including the organization of the school year.3.
