Daily transport for approximately 10 disabled students and their guardians from the child's place of residence to the Rehabilitation, Education and Upbringing Center in Jarosław, located in Jarosław at ul. Witosa 18, School and Educational Center in Jarosaw at ul. Jana Pawa II 30, Center Rehabilitation, Education and Upbringing and the Private Work Training School PSONI in Jarosaw at ul. Wilsona 6c and return to the child's place of residence. The order will be processed in the period from January 4, 2027 to December 31, 2027. Students should be delivered from Monday until Friday in accordance with the centers' schedule on all school days, except holidays, public holidays and other days designated by the institutions as days off from classes. The Ordering Party informs that during the execution of the order it may be necessary for the facility to complete work in another day, e.g. Saturday. If the facility designates such a day, the contractor will be obliged to ensure the transport and collection of children on the terms specified for the remaining days of the service.
