Tenders are invited for Transport Data Collection
In order to effectively balance public transport supply with demand in Lebanon, it is of utmost importance to better understand and quantify supply and demand, for formal and informal services, as well as for all modes, to allow the recalibration of the transport models. The objective of this assignment is to collect traffic and public transport data within the city of Beirut, including automatic traffic counts (ATCs) by type of vehicle over a week, as well as origin-destination, fare, ridership, and boarding and alighting data on minivans and buses in Beirut at peak hours, and journey times along selected road sections for service, minivans and buses.
