The subject of the order is transport to the Capital of the Experiment in Gnieno and the return of students from Primary School No. 1 in Witków. Adam Borys (ul. Poznaska 47), Primary School No. 2 in Witków. Lotnictwa Polskiego (ul. Czerniewska 14) and the Team School and Kindergarten in Mielyn named after Powstacw Wielkopolskich (ul. Strzakowska 1) from February 6, 2026 to May 25, 2026, along with providing qualified care during transport and when students board and disembark from the bus in places intended for this purpose in accordance with Art. 39 section 3 of the Education Law Act of December 14, 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended), means of transport that meet the technical requirements specified in the provisions of the Road Traffic Law Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024 r., item 1251, as amended). 1) Vehicles performing the service must meet the requirements specified in Art. 57 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and has a production date of at least 2004, has third party liability insurance, accident insurance and current technical inspection. 2) The time of transport and drop-off of students, as well as the routes of buses, are specified in Annex No. 1 to the design...
