Tenderer is the Kbt. As a result of the procedure to be conducted within the framework of the open public procurement process, which starts with the announcement in accordance with Section 81 of the second part, it intends to conclude enterprise framework contracts in 10 parts managed by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. (the tenderer) for the removal and delivery of the carcasses of animals killed on the national road network (highways and designated expressway sections), as well as animal by-products belonging to category I illegally placed along the road, to a collection and transshipment facility or for disposal. According to the classification of Regulation 1069/2009/EC of the European Parliament and the Council, animal carcasses belong to category I (domestic animals or wild animals, if there is a suspicion that they are human or infected with diseases transmissible to animals). The tenderer is eligible for 12 months from the entry into force of the framework contract, or - if this occurs sooner - until the full framework amount (total HUF 150, 000, 000 net) is exhausted. with the fact that, with a unilateral declaration, the Bidder is entitled to optionally extend the submission of case orders for an additional 12 months - but at the most until the limit amount is exhausted - by the 15th day before the end of the 12-month deadline at the latest open deadline.
