Part No. I Transport and transport school children to educational institutions in the Ujście Commune in the school year 2026/2027.1) Requirements regarding the Vehicle and Driver: a) A vehicle transporting an organized group of children or youth up to 18 years of age is marked with squares on the front and rear boards of the same color with the symbol of black children. In conditions of insufficient visibility, signs should be illuminated, unless they are made of reflective material. The driver of this vehicle is obliged to turn on the hazard warning lights when getting in or out children or young people (Article 57 of the Road Traffic Act).b) One bus with a minimum of 60 seats.c) One bus must have 38 to 42 seats.d) The total approximate number of kilometers in a school year: 36, 200 km.e) The timetables for transporting and dropping off children are appendices no. 6, 7 to SWZ.
