Eastern Region Central Region Western Region As a result of the procedure, the tenderer wishes to enter into a framework business contract(s) for the hazardous and non-hazardous waste stored at workplace and plant collection points generated during the activities of MÁV Szénomluvázci Zrt. for its receipt, delivery and handling in accordance with the technical description, contract draft, public procurement documentation for a period of 12 months, or if it occurs sooner - until the limit amount is exhausted. Task of the Winning Bidder in accordance with the additional information and regulations contained in the technical description, the draft contract and its appendices, the following: - a truck, transport container and equipment required for the transport of hazardous waste in accordance with the relevant legislation ensuring packaging, - loading and unloading the waste onto the transport vehicle, weighing and transporting it, - further handling of the waste according to regulations after receipt, - all other tasks arising in connection with the handling of the waste. Bidder is manual for loading, the winning Bidder is occasionally entitled to require loading labor (loading activity). Planned quantity of the public procurement: the planned quantities below may change during actual use, within the scope of the contractual framework amount.
