The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide transport, packaging, handling, conveying, assembly and dismantling of exhibitions and possibly services associated with customs clearance of works of art for the Department and mainly for the Maurice Denis Departmental Museum located in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. (Yvelines). Adapted open procedure (Article R2123-1 1° - Below the threshold of formalized procedures - Public procurement code) Framework agreement for purchase orders with a minimum amount of 10, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum amount of 100, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax for a single service provider. Prices are unitary. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from notification of the contract. The contract is renewable, tacitly, once for a period of 12 months
