1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services in the period from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, excluding the winter break period and other days free from teaching classes in educational institutions for which the managing body is the Wodynie Commune - on based on monthly tickets purchased from the Contractor for students from the following educational institutions in the Wodynie Commune: The order is divided into tasks. Each contractor may submit an offer to carry out any number of tasks. Task I: transport and return students to schools Primary School in Ruda Woliska, - School Complex in Wodynia, The service covered by the public procurement will be carried out as part of regular passenger transport in national road transport, in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport (i.e. Journal of Laws Laws of 2025, item 1490 from Mon. change)2.
