Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Transport (admission and return) of students to the School Complex in Bolesław in the school year 2026/2027. Detailed description of the subject of the order (transport route and the number of transported students) according to Annex No. 6 to this announcement. Delivery routes and quantity persons transported on individual routes may change after the beginning of the school year and the detailed timetable of classes for the school year has been established. The Contractor is obliged to provide the service: two buses - transport and pick-up of students. The number of seats in the bus should be adjusted to the number of persons transported (the expected number of persons transported is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ)2. The transport should be carried out in accordance with the Act of November 15, 1984, Transport Law and the Act of June 20, 1997, Traffic Law road transport. Settlements with the Transport Contractor will be made monthly in arrears, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor. Confirmation of the transport will be the signature of a GZOSiP employee on the back of the issued invoice. The value of the invoice will be calculated by multiplying the offer price for 1 km of transport by the number of kilometers actually traveled...
