A technical data package is not available for this NSN. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination with FOB Origin. This procurement is unrestricted. This NSN is not a critical safety item nor is it a commercial item. This is a tactical buy for a firm fixed quantity. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
