It is mandatory to attach the following documents, the omission of which will also be grounds for exclusion from the process: Technical sheets (ideally in a single file, indicating the corresponding item), Economic proposal, PEP Form and Declaration of Links duly signed and Delivery time, expressed in bank business days.
