Note: Tender No. 193E/2021 - PQ Criteria for bidding Contractors:
Ø Bidders must have completed minimum two (2) similar projects for power utilities/Authorities in UAE/GCC/Countries having similar climate conditions as UAE on a turnkey basis in the past 10 years.
Ø OHL contractor is allowed to bid with a proficient subcontractor for cabling works having completed minimum 2 similar projects in last 10 years.

Ø Cabling contractor is allowed to bid with a proficient subcontractor for OHL works having completed minimum 2 similar projects in last 10 years.


• Payment channels conditions:
Payment shall be through the electronic portal (SRM) after reading and accepting the following condition:
The tenderer must, before purchasing the tender, fulfill the conditions of participation in this tender mentioned above and be qualified according to the commercial and professional license to carry out the tender work. Otherwise, the offer may be rejected due to inadequateness and no refund will be issued by Etihad WE.
• The date of opening of commercial offer will be informed later.
• This notice is a complementary part of the tender documents.
• Tender documents once sold in the name of any intending firm are not transferable to any
other party.
