Detailed_Description : Market Sounding Exercise (MSE) for the provision of fully managed, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) translation and terminology management solution(s) for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (MPBSDP).
Scope of Work : The Ministry is seeking robust, enterprise-grade Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) translation and terminology management solution(s). The solution(s) must provide end-to-end workflow management for the complete translation lifecycle (request intake, routing, vendor assignment, and delivery). It must include: -automated quoting and Statement of Work generation, advanced reporting/dashboards, -terminology management with a public-facing interface-modular Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) tools. The platform will be used enterprise-wide to support a decentralized translation process across all OPS ministries, with the potential to scale to non-OPS entities.
