Transit time measurement letter The subject of the procurement is the independent implementation of the national transit time measurement for letters. The order includes checking compliance with the service offering of the regulatory key figures (Letter E+1- and Letter E+3- individual items) as well as internal applications (A and B Post individual items). The service must be provided in compliance with the postal legislation (PG, SR 783.0, Article 15) and the postal regulations (VPG, SR 783.01, Article 32) and guarantees this annual reporting to the postal regulatory authority PostCom.
