1) The Municipality of Dingalan, through the DOST 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (P 3, 199, 990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Transforming Dingalan into a Smart and Sustainable Municipality through Science, Technology and Innovation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
