The public contracting authority plans to implement a project whose goal is to improve/transform and optimize the functioning of its support processes and activities in the following process areas: financial accounting and reporting, information and communication technologies, secretarial services, planning/accountingroling and organization, legal advice, human resources management and social affairs, travel and transport services, procurement, logistics, services related to buildings, security, other internal services, by improving their efficiency and also standardizing the quality of their outputs.
Currently, they are at publicof the contracting authority, these process areas covered by the work of more than 200 employees in the Department of Economic Services and Security and the Department of Financial Management and IT and the Department of Human Resources Management. At the same time, these organizational units also have expenses for procured external services, which are therefore currentthe overall support of the main and management processes of the public contracting authority. As one of the possibilities for improving the functioning of these supporting process areas, the public contracting authority understands their possible outsourcing or transformation into a separate legal entity that would provide its services to the publicthe contracting authority and possibly other entities.
For this reason, the public contracting authority plans to implement the project Transformation of support services, which is divided into two consecutive stages.
