Transformation of the Nový Křižík location in Trutnov The subject of the competition is the development of a proposal for an urban planning solution for the Nový Křižík location in Trutnov. The goal of the competition is to design the layout of the territory, its connection with the surrounding area urban structure, division and hierarchization public spaces and last but not least a number of high-quality transport connections and service. All this while taking into account the necessary protection values and character of the territory and with reasonable financial costs. Thanks to the competition, the contracting authority will obtain a basis for the coordination of known and future ones investment intentions of their own and other stakeholders in the area under consideration. The field study will create a conceptual the framework for the territory, which establishes spatial, functional and aesthetic requirements for the territory. The binding nature of the requirements defined by the territorial study will be achieved by changing the territorial one plan with elements of the regulatory plan for the addressed area. The city of Trutnov is looking for a new perspective on an exceptional location in the immediate vicinity of the center cities that are destined to offer a harmonious connection of housing, community life and work opportunities. The contracting authority strongly recommends that competitive proposals be rational in its economic, operational and technical aspects to be ensured feasibility of territory transformation.
