Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the transformation of the Municipal Services Company in Kolno into a highly efficient heating system, and in particular:

STAGE I:

1) design of an installation equipped with water boilers fired with forest biomass with nominal power of 2 x 6.0 MWt 1 x 3.0 MWt and in recovery systemsheat from flue gas condensation with an electrostatic precipitator and accompanying infrastructure,

2) obtaining the necessary decisions and arrangements, including a building permit,

STAGE II:

1) execution of demolition works,

2) construction of three water boilers with a capacity of 2 x 6 MWt and 1 x 3 MWt equipped with c recovery systemsheat from exhaust gas condensation and electrostatic precipitators,

3) construction of the main roofed biomass storage facility (forest wood chips) with a moving floor,

4) construction of an auxiliary, uncovered biomass storage facility,

5) delivery and assembly of the boiler ash removal installation,

6) delivery and installation of installationscleaning and exhaust gas removal,

7) delivery and assembly of technological installations, in particular pump systems, fittings, pipelines, water treatment stations

8) delivery and assembly of electrical and instrumentation installations,

9) modernization of the MV/LV transformer station and equipping it with a generator generatoror with the SZR system,

10) construction of technical infrastructure, in particular: rainwater drainage, water and sewage connections, external lighting, video monitoring, road and pedestrian communication routes, connections of the new technological system with existing installations...
